The Imperial Collection

Tea spirits with clarity, structure and a long, dry finish

Each spirit begins with single-origin tea, extracted at controlled temperature and time, then stabilised with a neutral grain base. The result is a shelf-stable spirit that behaves with the precision of a classic pour while retaining the nuance of a fresh infusion.

Built for high-volume service, thoughtful pairing menus and tasting-led experiences where guests notice the detail in the glass.

Jade High Tea

Sencha & jasmine green tea spirit. Bright, lifted and delicately floral, with a citrus pith finish.

Works in: Martini builds, highballs, tea spritzes.

Amber Oolong Reserve

Roasted oolong spirit with toasted cereal, stone fruit and a gently creamy texture through the mid-palate.

Works in: Old Fashioned variations, stirred digestifs, dessert pairings.

Smoked Lapsang No.1

Black tea spirit with controlled pine smoke, dark cacao and a long, dry maritime finish.

Works in: Whisky-leaning cocktails, stirred and spirit-forward signatures.

Darjeeling Apéritif

First flush Darjeeling spirit. Linear, mineral and gently tannic with white grape aromatics.

Works in: Spritzes, food pairings, low-ABV tasting flights.

Trade partnership programme

From first tasting to a fully integrated tea spirits rail

We keep the process deliberately simple so your team can focus on guests, not logistics.

1. Tasting & menu workshop

A focused, trade-only tasting for your bar or restaurant team, in person or virtual. We taste through the core collection and explore where tea spirits can sit within your existing list.

2. Specification support

We work with your bar manager or sommelier to finalise specs, ABV positioning and GP, including signature serves, flight suggestions and food-pairing notes where appropriate.

3. Ongoing trade collaboration

Priority allocations, staff training support and collaborative menu moments. Quietly handled behind the scenes so the focus always remains on your guests.

Provenance & technique

Single-origin teas, precise extraction, British bottling

We source from growers and specialist importers who work with careful plucking, low-intervention processing and transparent supply chains. Every batch is extracted at a specific temperature curve to catch the precise balance of aromatics, tannin and texture we want in the glass.

Spirits are then brought together, rested and bottled in the UK in small controlled runs, giving you traceability, repeatability and a clear story for your guests.

“Tea spirits are often treated as a novelty. Imperial Infusions sits firmly in the serious part of our back bar - structured, reliable and quietly different. Guests notice, and the team genuinely enjoys pouring it.”

Questions from the trade

Frequently asked

If you have a specific operational or technical question, include it in your enquiry and we will come back with a precise answer.

Where do you currently supply?

We primarily work with high-end bars, hotels and restaurants across the UK, with a focus on London and major cities. For international groups or specific projects, we are happy to discuss export logistics and local partnerships.

What is the shelf life of the spirits?

Our tea spirits are shelf-stable when stored away from direct sunlight, with a recommended best-before of 18 months from bottling. Once opened, we advise using within three months for optimal aromatic expression.

Can you support exclusive or signature bottlings for our venue?

Yes. For suitable volumes, we can develop venue-specific expressions or adjust existing profiles to sit precisely within your programme. This is handled on a case-by-case basis in direct conversation with your bar leadership.

Do you provide staff training?

We offer concise staff training either on site or remotely, covering product knowledge, key serves and simple talking points that help the team feel confident introducing tea spirits to guests.
